Elaine has worked in Customer Management/Experience for 20+ years.
Her early career consisted of a variety of sales and
client management roles in marketing agencies and
database marketing bureaus in the UK and Australia.
More recently, she has held senior CM strategy roles and
successfully lead the execution and roll out of CM
initiatives across the Asia Pacific region for Telstra,
IBM & American Express®.
Colin has worked in the information technology and
marketing industries for more than 30 years. Since
1982 he has specialised in designing and
implementing technology solutions for marketers with
recent emphasis on high level customer management
strategy development. His combination of IT
background and database marketing experience enable
him to develop innovative but pragmatic customer
